Rice Bowl Projects Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Location: Remote with some local responsibilities in Spartanburg, SC

Rice Bowls is a faith-based Global Non-Profit Organization that provides meals to orphaned children around the world. We are seeking a dependable, highly organized part-time team member to coordinate our Rice Bowl fundraising projects and related logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys details, communication, and hands-on coordination while working in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Rice Bowl bank projects with churches, schools, and children’s ministries

• Pack small project boxes and manage project supply inventory

• Handle ordering logistics and track fulfillment timelines

• Pick up and deposit donation checks from the Spartanburg office

• Maintain simple tracking systems and project communication

• Travel approximately 3 times per year to children’s ministry conferences to support booth outreach and relationship building

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently in a remote role

• Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets

• Able to lift and pack small supply boxes

• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Preferred experience in nonprofit work, church ministry, logistics, fulfillment, or event support

Compensation

Part-time hourly position. Pay based on experience. Conference travel expenses covered.
