Administrative Coordinator
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Rice Bowls is hiring a full-time team member who will support both our mission trip program and our broader organizational workflow. This role combines trip logistics, traveler communication, administrative systems, and cross-department support. You’ll help keep our mission moving by managing key processes that serve teams, donors, and partners throughout the year.
About the Role
While trip coordination is a major part of this position, it is not the only part. You’ll also support donor communication, scheduling, organizational planning, and project flow across departments. This role is ideal for someone who can manage timelines, stay organized, and enjoy a steady mix of administrative work and people-centered tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and a steady approach to managing details.
Ability to keep multiple timelines on track at once.
Comfortable communicating with travelers, leaders, donors, and partners.
A calm, problem-solving mindset when troubleshooting documents, forms, or travel issues.
Experience with nonprofit operations is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with donor & trip management platforms is a plus, but training is available.
Schedule & Hours:Remote 40 hours per week
Occasional evening or weekend communication during peak trip seasons
Some travel required annually
